SemiPerfumerにおけるユーザーデータ、写真、バックアップ、アプリ内購入の扱いを説明します。
This page explains how SemiPerfumer handles user data, photos, backups, and in-app purchases.
プライバシーポリシー（日本語・正式版）
本ポリシーは日本語版を正式版とし、英語版は参考訳として提供します。
1. 基本方針
SemiPerfumer（以下「本アプリ」）は、香水コレクションを記録・整理・分析するiOSアプリです。本アプリはアカウント作成を必要としません。開発者は、個人を識別できるユーザーデータを収集しません。
本アプリには広告、トラッキング、Firebase、Google Analytics、Crashlytics、広告SDK、外部分析SDKは含まれていません。開発者が、ユーザーの香水データ、メモ、写真、価格、購入日、使用履歴、バックアップファイルを収集・閲覧することはありません。
2. 端末内に保存されるデータ
ユーザーは、本アプリ内で香水名、ブランド、調香師、ジャンル、季節・シーン、メモ、購入日、価格、写真、使用履歴などを保存できます。これらのデータは、香水コレクションの表示、検索、整理、統計、ランキング、チャート表示のため、原則としてユーザーの端末内で利用されます。
本アプリには、開発者が運営するユーザーデータ保存用サーバーはありません。
3. 写真へのアクセス
本アプリは、ユーザーが選択した写真を香水画像として読み込むために写真へのアクセスを使用します。また、ユーザーが共有画像を写真ライブラリに保存する操作を行った場合にのみ、写真ライブラリへの追加権限を求めることがあります。
本アプリが写真ライブラリ全体を開発者へ送信することはありません。
4. アプリ内の統計・チャート
データページで表示される統計、ランキング、チャートは、端末内に保存されたデータをもとにアプリ内で生成されます。これらの分析結果が開発者のサーバーへ送信されることはありません。
5. バックアップファイル
本アプリには、.spfbackup ファイルを書き出し・読み込みするバックアップ機能があります。バックアップファイルには、香水データ、メモ、写真、価格、購入日、使用履歴などが含まれる場合があります。
バックアップファイルの保存先はユーザーが選択します。iCloud Drive、外部ストレージ、その他のクラウドサービスに保存した場合、その保存先の提供者の利用規約およびプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。バックアップファイルの管理、共有、削除はユーザー自身の責任で行ってください。
6. アプリ内購入
本アプリの無料プランでは、香水を10件まで登録できます。「500件プラン」は買い切りの非消耗型アプリ内課金で、登録上限を500件まで拡張します。サブスクリプションではありません。
本アプリは購入状態の確認にAppleのStoreKitを使用します。購入、返金、決済処理はApple ID / App Storeの決済システムで行われます。開発者は、クレジットカード番号などの決済情報を受け取りません。
7. データの削除
ユーザーは、アプリ内の削除機能を使って登録した香水データや使用履歴を削除できます。また、アプリを削除することで、端末内に保存された本アプリのデータを削除できます。
ユーザー自身が書き出したバックアップファイルは、保存先からユーザー自身で削除してください。iCloud Driveなど外部サービスに保存したデータには、そのサービス提供者の削除方法や保持ポリシーが適用される場合があります。
8. お問い合わせメール
ユーザーがメールで問い合わせを行った場合に限り、返信のためにメールアドレスと問い合わせ本文を扱います。問い合わせ内容は、サポート対応のために必要な範囲で利用します。
9. 公式サイトについて
本サイトは、CookieやWeb解析ツールを使用していません。Cookieや解析を導入する場合は、本ポリシーを更新し、必要に応じて同意取得の仕組みを設けます。
10. 変更
本ポリシーは、必要に応じて更新されることがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、このページ上でお知らせします。

Privacy Policy (English Reference Translation)
The Japanese version is the official version of this policy. This English version is provided as a reference translation.
1. Overview
SemiPerfumer (the “App”) is an iOS app for recording, organizing, and analyzing a perfume collection. The App does not require account creation. The developer does not collect personally identifiable user data.
The App does not include ads, tracking, Firebase, Google Analytics, Crashlytics, advertising SDKs, or external analytics SDKs. The developer does not collect or view your perfume data, notes, photos, prices, purchase dates, usage history, or backup files.
2. Data Stored on Your Device
You may save perfume names, brands, perfumers, genres, seasons, scenes, notes, purchase dates, prices, photos, usage history, and related information in the App. This data is generally used on your device to display, search, organize, analyze, rank, and chart your perfume collection.
The developer does not operate a server for storing user data from the App.
3. Photo Access
The App uses photo access to import photos that you select as perfume images. The App may request permission to add images to your photo library only when you take an action such as saving a share image.
The App does not send your entire photo library to the developer.
4. In-App Statistics and Charts
Statistics, rankings, and charts shown in the data pages are generated inside the App from data stored on your device. These analytics are not sent to a developer-operated server.
5. Backup Files
The App provides backup export and import using .spfbackup files. A backup file may include perfume data, notes, photos, prices, purchase dates, usage history, and related records.
You choose where to save backup files. If you save them to iCloud Drive, external storage, or another cloud service, that provider’s terms and privacy policy apply. You are responsible for managing, sharing, and deleting your backup files.
6. In-App Purchases
The free plan allows up to 10 perfume records. The “500-Perfume Plan” is a one-time non-consumable in-app purchase that expands the record limit to 500. It is not a subscription.
The App uses Apple StoreKit to verify purchase status. Purchases, refunds, and payment processing are handled through Apple ID / App Store payment systems. The developer does not receive credit card numbers or other payment information.
7. Data Deletion
You can delete perfume data and usage history using the deletion features inside the App. You can also delete data stored on your device by deleting the App.
Backup files exported by you should be deleted by you from the place where you saved them. If data is stored in iCloud Drive or another external service, that provider’s deletion methods and retention policies may apply.
8. Support Email
If you contact support by email, your email address and message body will be handled only as needed to respond to your request.
9. Website
This website does not use cookies or web analytics tools. If cookies or analytics are introduced, this policy will be updated and consent mechanisms will be added where required.
10. Changes
This policy may be updated from time to time. Important changes will be posted on this page.
